Common Interest:One of Substantial Nature of International Law

Common interest is the key to probe into mutual relation between international politics and international law,between international law and municipal law.This paper starts from jurisprudence,then expounds from customary international law and the law of international treaty and several branches of international law,in order to prove that common interest is one of substantial nature of international law.The core of the article is that common interest is basic foundation of international law.
