| 摘 要： | 我国非公有制经济已经突变为国民经济“重要的组成部分”。但现行国有金融的垄断地位加剧了信息不对称对非公有制经济的融资困境。为了削弱信息不对称对非公有制经济融资能力的制约,必须加速投融资体制改革。

| Abstract: | The non-public-economies are being an important composition of china’s economy. However, being financial monopoly by the stated-owned institutions, the non-public-economies financing trouble is being aggravated by information asymmetry. In order to weaken information asymmetry to restrict financing capacities of the non-public-economies, it is necessary to accelerate reformation in the investment and financing system. |
