师旅部队随军家属就业安置情况的调查报告

师旅部队随军家属安置依托社会就业的难度不断增大,安置所占比例逐年下降,应采取措施确保主渠道畅通;军营内服务网点安置已成为主要渠道,但建设管理不规范,家属的一系列问题也不好解决;部队家属工厂举步维艰,难以解决大批家属就业,只能提倡不可强求;家属自谋职业的主客观困难多,应探索集中自谋职业的路子;社会就业改革的趋势已经提出了经济补偿性安置的要求,要开拓新的安置路子.

The employment of the entourage family members of the forces in Divisions and Brigades becomes more and more difficult in relying on social employment ,the proportion of settlement decreases each year ,measures should be taken to enforce the main channel run smoothly ;service nets inside army camps become the main channel ,but the management and administration have not been improved ,difficulties of the entourage family members can not be solved yet;factories run by entourage family members of the army are of low efficiency ,they can not employ more family members of the army ;there are both subjective and objective reasons in finding jobs by themselves ,some intensive channels should be established ; the reform trend of social employment has proposed the demands of economic compensation in settlement ,new methods should be found.
