| Abstract: | Internet becomes fashionably popular in the world with its strong energy. The number of Internet us- ers among university students is sharply arising at present. The Internet culture has greatly influenced the stu- dents?thought, orientation of value choice and even their thinking way. If one wants to guide the students in Internet employment and even improve his ideological instruction through Internet, he must thoroughly probe the character and function of Internet culture. |
