| 摘 要： | 现阶段,相对于多党合作制度功能的愈益凸显,参政党民主监督作用发挥尚显不够。重新认识民主监督的性质,逐步厘清制约民主监督的各种系统性因素和关键性问题,为进一步健全民主监督机制,充分发挥参政党的民主监督作用,探寻一条切实可行之路,是加强民主监督建设不可缺少的内容。
