Query and Investigation for the Conclusion of Legal Appraisal in the Civil Action

In the evidence of civil action,the conclusion of legal appraisal is a kind of important legal evidence.Contrasted the characters of appraisal institution of the two legal systems and the stipulation existing in China now,this paper argued the status of evidence and the limitations in the conclusion of legal appraisal,showed the necessity of querying and investigating the conclusion of legal appraisal and discussed the subsistent problems and the improvement of the appraisal!institution during the query and the investigation, so that we can ensure the equality of the conclusion of legal appraisal by means of procedure and develop the evidential function of the conclusion of appraisal correctly.
