| Abstract: | It is one of the common central topics for penal code and criminology to study and grasp the concept of crime. However, it is always a matter of dispute in theoretical circles whether their definitions of crime are equal, and if they are different, what the reason is. This paper holds that the relations between the two concepts of crime in penal code and criminology should be considered as the inclusion as well as the parts, and there is not only a kind of collision, but also integration between them. |
