| 摘 要： | WTO<贸易技术壁垒协议>作为非关税壁垒的主要方面,制定了一些较严格的技术法规和技术标准.云南烟草业在面对<贸易技术壁垒协议>的同时,如何结合烟草国际贸易的实际情况,利用烟草贸易技术壁垒的相关建议,提高云南烟草企业的综合素质和产品核心竞争力,是云南烟草业能否在进入WTO之后居于不败之地的关键.

| Abstract: | WTO'S Agreement on Trade and Technology Barriers ,as an important aspect of the non-tariff barriers,lays down some strict technological regulations and standards.While facing this agreement,how the tobacco industries in Yunnan adapt themselves to the current international trade and how they take use of the relevant suggestions of the tobacco trade and technology barriers to improve their own comprehersive qualities and the competing ability of their products are extremely important for the keeping of their success after China's entry into WTO |
