| 摘 要： | 公共政策的公共性,决定了它必须对公共利益负责;可持续发展的目的是发展,关键是可持续。可持续发展是要诉求长远的公共利益,这使得公共政策与可持续发展有机地联系起来。公共政策是社会可持续发展的基础,而公共政策自身的可持续发展又是整个社会可持续发展的基础的基础。

| Abstract: | The publicity of the public policy determines its responsibility for the public interest. Of (sustainable) development, the aim is to develop and the crux of the matter is to sustain. The purpose of the proposal is to seek a long-term public interest, which makes it possible to integrate the public policy with the sustainable development.The public policy is regarded as a foundation of the social sustainable development,while the sustainable development of the public policy itself is also the foundation of the social sustainable (development). |
