| 摘 要： | 提高建设社会主义先进文化的能力,关键是认识和掌握社会主义先进文化建设和发展的特点和规律,进行文化创新。创新是先进文化建设的本质特征。文化创新体系建设是一个综合的复杂的系统工程,既需要全社会创新价值观念的更新,又需要全社会创新能力的增强和创新人才的培养,还需要建立和完善创新的体制和机制,为文化创新提供保证。
