| 摘 要： | 新闻舆论监督是社会监督的基本形式之一,是通过新闻媒介对社会权力运行实施监控与制衡的社会行为。我国的司法独立是技术独立而非政治独立,是法院整体独立而非法官独立。新闻舆论监督与司法独立既有矛盾性又有相容性。
