| Abstract: | As a civilized model for social control, Moral administration idea rooted deeply in China traditional politics and law theory. As a governing strategy, it attracted more attention of every past dynasty's ruler, and played an important role in maintaining domination, but it still has definite limitations. This reminds us: in the course of building ideal law-ruling country, we should make good use of the useful parts selectively. |
