| 摘 要： | 孟子所说的“恻隐之心”，是说的一种情感。恻隐之“隐”是一个假借字，本字是“慇”，其本义是伤痛的情感。孟子揭示了恻隐并非一种单纯的情感，而是复合的情感，即是这样一种情感转换过程：恐惧→伤痛→不忍。这种情感乃是儒学的整个理论建构的本源。

| Abstract: | ‘The heart of Ceyin＇ said by Mencius is one of feelings. The ‘Yin＇ in ceyin is a phonetic loan character, the original character of which is another ‘Yin＇ and the original meaning of which is distress or grief. It was uncovered by Mencius that ceyin is not a simple but a compoud feelings, i.e. such a course of transformation： fear→distress→unbearableness. The feelings is the very source for the whole of theoretical construction of Confucianism. |
