腐败与职务犯罪研究

实行改革开放以来,我国的反腐败斗争一直在进行,但是腐败的蔓延之势并没有得到根本遏制。既然国家权力来自于人民,那么为了防止权力的滥用,就应当对权力的行使者从制度上施以有力的约束和监督。建立监督制约机制,就其实质而言是保证国家机关及其工作人员既能有效行使权力,又能制止超越、滥用职权等对权力的非规范运用导致腐败现象的发生。

The Research about Corruption and Crime by Taking Advantage of Duty

Since reform and opening policy started, the anti-corruption campaign has been keeping going in our country, however, the trend of extension of the corruption has never been stopped completely. Now that the power of nation comes from people,to protect the power from being abused, we should take powerfully constraint and supervision on the system to the people with the execution power. Setting up the supervision and constraint system is essentially to make sure that state bureaus and their clerks are able to take the execution power effectively and prevent the abnormal usage of power such as surpassing and abusing official powers which lead to corruption.
