| Abstract: | The author reviewed and summarized experiences and lessons of economic development of Dalian since the "Ninth Five-Year Plan". She also expounded how to deal with the relations between the functions of the city and the industrial development in a correct way. At the same time,she has made some active suggestions for drawing up the strategy of economic development during the "10th Five-Year Plan". |
