| 摘 要： | 当前计算机经济犯罪的的类型主要有对象型和工具型两种,密码认证的缺陷、计算机病毒和假冒的银行站点是其产生的主要原因,犯罪主体的智能性、犯罪手段的特殊性、犯罪方式的抽象性犯罪行为的隐蔽性是其犯罪的主要特征。应加强经侦部门侦查人员的计算机网络操作技能,努力建设一支通晓计算机网络知识、精通网络经济犯罪侦查的警察队伍,从根本上提高侦查网络经济犯罪案件的能力。

| Abstract: | Economic crimes through network mainly include two kinds: the type of targets and the type of tools.The main causes lie in the defects of password authentication,computer virus and fake bank websites.This kind of crimes have such main characteristics as: the crime subjects being intelligent,the means of committing crimes being special,the ways being abstract,the acts being concealing.Therefore,the investigating personnel's skills of operating computers should be strengthened to train some police who are good at both network knowledge and investigation for network economic crimes,thus to thoroughly enhance the ability to investigate such crimes. |
