| 摘 要： | “三八式”是对抗日战争初期参加革命的干部的习惯性称呼,通常也用来指整个抗日战争时期参加革命和加入共产党的干部的通称。“三八式”干部的称谓来源于1938年前后中国共产党制定的一系列特殊的关于干部和党员政策。“三八式”干部经历了严格的马列主叉毛泽东思想的教育,同时也走过了特别的政治历程。

| Abstract: | The san ba shi were cadre's routine names which joined the revolution to the Sino-Japanese War initial period,usually also used for cadre's generic term which referred to the entire Sino-Japanese War time to participate revolutionizes and join the communist party.The san ba shi leaders' name originated around 1938 Communist Party of China formulates a series of special about the cadre and the party member policy.The san ba shi leaders had experienced strict Marxism-Leninism Mao Zedong Thought education,simultaneously had also passed through the special political course. |
