| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义行政诉讼检察监督制度,是中国特色社会主义检察制度与行政诉讼制度相结合的实践产物。没有中国特色社会主义行政诉讼检察监督机制的检察制度,是不完善的中国特色社会主义检察制度;没有中国特色社会行政诉讼检察监督机制的行政诉讼制度,也是不完善的中国特色社会主义行政诉讼制度。

| Abstract: | The system of the procuratorial supervision of administrative procedure under the circumstance of the socialism with Chinese characteristics is an outcome combining Chinese socialism system with administrative procedure system.The procuratorial system and the administrative procedure of the socialism with Chinese characteristics would be both incomplete without the procu- ratorial supervision mechanism of administrative procedure under the circumstance of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
