| 摘 要： | 民事诉讼中的当事人恒定原则与诉讼承担制度存在区别。在执行程序中,执行当事人随时可能因各种原因发生变化,从而产生执行当事人的变更和追加问题。我国的执行当事人变更和追加制度还存在一系列问题,应采取措施进一步完善这一制度。
