我国民营企业风险投资的法律问题探析

近年来,我国民营企业取得了令人瞩目的成绩,逐渐成为国民经济中的重要力量。但融资的困难严重限制了民营企业的进一步发展,民营企业迫切需要风险投资的支持。文章分析了我国风险投资的发展现状,提出现阶段民营企业亟需风险投资的支持,总结了民营企业在风险投资中应当注意的主要法律问题,认为当前民营企业风险投资的法律环境较差,需要加快立法步伐,并对我国现行的相关法律进行修改和完善。

On the Legal Problems of the Risk Investment for Nongovernmental Enterprises

The nongovernmental enterprises have become the important factor in our country's economy with its compelling development in recent years. But the financing difficulty has hindered its further development. This article analyzes the situation of China's risk investment, then, suggests that the nongovernmental enterprises need the support of risk investment. Through studying of main legal problem of the risk investment, this article also holds that the legal environment of risk investment for the nongovernmental enterprises is not so good nowadays, so, we should speed up our steps to amend and perfect our present relevant laws and regulations.
