| 摘 要： | 中国自古是一个农耕社会。在两千余年的时间里，小农经济占据主导地位，法律等上层建筑均打上了农耕文化的烙印。先秦农家是作为诸子百家争鸣中唯一一个以农业为术业专攻的思想流派，是无法将其从法律思想史的视域中排除的。从先秦农家的始祖神农氏的传说及代表人物许行的思想中，仍能发掘出些许法文化事项。

| Abstract: | Ancient China was an agricultural society. During the past 2000 years agriculture was the dominant economy. The Laws have the characteristics of farming culture. Being an important school of thought, Pre-Qin Agriculturists＇ thinking should be regarded as the contents of legal researches, moved from the visual field of law. After serious study, there are still some items related need to be attention. |
