| Abstract: | In recent years,many food safety accidents occur frequently,which are serious and shocking.People＇s lives and health and safety are threatened and the social harm is extremely severe.There are a lot of reasons for this phenomenon,and the undeniable one is that dereliction of duty in the field of food safety is an important factor that can not be ignored. |
