| 摘 要： | 列宁的工人阶级执政党建设的理论要义紧紧围绕党的先进性建设这一核心，揭示了经济文化落后国家的工人阶级政党在执政后自身建设的基本规律。这一理论具有鲜明特点。由于时代和历史的局限，列宁的探索只是初步的，很多问题有待于进一步研究和解决。但列宁所阐述的基本理论及其体现的真理性，是一座历史的丰碑。

| Abstract: | Lenin＇s theory of the ruling Party of working class gets to the corn of the Party＇s progressive building, which reveals the basic law of self- building of the working class Party in the backward country after it was in power. This theory has a distinctive characteristic, but because of the limit of the time and history, Lenin＇ s exploration is preliminary, there are many problems to be resolved. In spite of these, Lenin＇s theory and the truth of it are the monument in history. |
