| Abstract: | In this article, it is suggested that the system of right protection in the procedure of investigation should be established conform to the rules of procedure and the principle of due process. In the process of improving the system, there should introduce judicial review system, scientific and rational detention system and sound redress system, and moreover, the defender's rights in the process of investigation should also be defined scientifically. |
