推进我国政府行政决策民主化的思考

行政决策民主化是我国社会主义民主政治建设的一项重要内容，加紧行政决策民主化具有必要性和紧迫性。推行行政决策民主化需要把握好决策者自身利益与国家、人民利益、决策权力与决策责任、行政首长决策与智囊机构之间的关系，并在这一基础上进一步完善行政决策民主化的途径，即建立和完善民众参与和民意反映机制、加强行政决策监督机制的监督力度、对咨询机构进行充分有效的利用。
