| 摘 要： | 退役军官的安置是一项系统的民生工程,关系到我们党、国家和军队的稳定与发展。文章阐述了我国退役军官安置政策的演变历程,分析了我国现阶段退役军官安置模式的困境,提出了改革我国退役军官安置制度的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Retired army officers＇ employment is a systematical project of livelihood,which relates to the stability and development of our party,army and the country.This article elaborated the evolution of the policy for retired army officers＇ employment in our country,analyzed the difficulties in present stage,and proposed some countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of he policy for retired army officers＇ employment in our country. |
