| 摘 要： | 近年来发票违法犯罪从案件类型看,普通发票案件逐年递增;从涉及范围看,地广面宽辐射蔓延领域广;从作案手段看,犯罪智能化反侦查意识强;从犯罪效应看,危害严重且引发其他犯罪.成本低廉、需求量大、存在监管盲区是其多发的原因.深入开展源头控制、深化开展部门协作、快速升级发票技术含量不失为有效遏制、打击发票违法犯罪的突破口.
