| 摘 要： | 刑事错案的危害可以用经济指标来衡量.具体体现在四个方面:一是刑事错案降低诉讼效率、浪费司法资源;二是错案赔偿给国家带来经济负担;三是放纵真凶会产生新的社会安全隐患;四是错案追究对办案人员及受害人本身带来直接或者间接的经济损失.狠抓刑事诉讼过程的"质量监管",错案的生成率必然会降低.
