新公共管理视角下警察组织绩效管理研究

摘    要:20世纪90年代,为了提高警察组织绩效,西方国家开始将新公共管理的顾客意识、义务竞标等市场化管理模式引入警察机构,从而极大地改善了警察绩效.我国警察组织亟待建立一套有效的绩效管理机制,以新的绩效文化、绩效目标、绩效指标和绩效管理方法来保证警察组织绩效管理的顺利进行,达到促进警察绩效提高的目的.
