On the Reasonability of the Logical Components of Rights

In the law circle of our nation,the research of logical components of rights comes into being with the gradually thorough study of rights and rights practice.In my opinion,rights include four parts,that is subject,interest,behavior and legitimacy.Then,I attempt to argue the reasonability of the frame.It consists of two steps,one is to find a basis,and the other is to argue under the basis.The basis is the substantial law of dialectical logic,which unites history with logic.In the next argument,I largely develop my thesis talking elements as clues,running through the internal relation among the four elements and combining rights practice with the historical development of rights ideology.
