消费信贷中的合同诈骗与欺诈

1998年以来 ,受国际形势的影响 ,我国的经济增长速度放缓 ,内需严重不足 ,为了刺激内需并保持我国经济的快速、稳定、持续发展 ,我国决定施行个人消费信贷。时至今日已经形成了比较完整的消费信贷体系。可是在个人消费信贷的施行过程当中出现了大量的利用信贷合同进行诈骗的行为 ,严重干扰了消费信贷顺利进行。因此 ,我们有必要对这种行为进行深入的研究 ,以在现实中认定和避免诈骗行为。
