对完善我国廉政法律法规制度体系建设的思考

党的十七届四中全会把反腐倡廉建设放在了更加突出的位置,鲜明地提出推进反腐倡廉制度创新的命题和思路,要求最大限度地减少体制障碍和制度漏洞,完善防治腐败体制机制,提高反腐倡廉制度化、法制化水平。本文结合四中全会关于廉政法律法规制度创新的思路和要求,回顾总结了建国以来廉政法律法规制度建设的成果和经验,分析了当前我国廉政法律法规制度建设当中存在的问题,并就如何完善我国廉政法律法规制度体系建设提出了参考性建议。

Some Considerations about Perfecting the Legal System Construction for Clean Government of Our Country
