| Abstract: | The article puts forward the idea that management by law in colleges and universities must be realized in the course of building harmonious socialist atmosphere on campus. By stressing Deng Xiaoping's democratic legal thinking and aiming at the seriousness of college crimes, it suggests ways of realizing management by law in colleges and universities. |
