| 摘 要： | 人才战略是国家战略的重要组成部分,是国家发展战略的重要基础。要在各种全球化、一体化的国际环境中考量我国的人才战略。人才战略的制定与实施,必须从它的战略高度、强度、长度、宽度、深度等五个向度进行整体谋划和全面推进,即系统地、全面地、立体地制定与实施人才战略。

| Abstract: | Abstract： Talent strategy, one of the most important parts of national strategy, is the essential basic for nation development strategy. It＇s necessary for us to contemplate the talent strategy in various globlization and Integration surroundings. The paper discusses how to contemplate and promote the formulation and implementation of talent strategy in an all-round way, proceeding from sophistication, strength, length, width, depth and so on. In a words, Talent strategy should be formulated and implemented in a systematic, comprehensive and three- dimensional way. |
