摘 要: | 新媒体不仅是一种信息交流工具,而且也是一种新的社会治理工具。新媒体被形象地称为"第五媒体",如数字杂志、数字报纸、数字广播、手机短信、网络、数字电视、数字电影、触摸媒体等。新媒体的诞生,使中国社会传播语境和舆论形成机制发生着深刻变化,党的群众工作面临着新考验。如何认识和把握新媒体环境下党的群众工作的新变化、新特点、新规律,充分利用新媒体的传播优势为党的群众工作更好地服务,是党政干部面临的新课题。

Abstract: | New media is not only a communication tool, but also a new social governance tools. The image of the new media is known as the"fifth media", such as digital magazine, digital newspapers, digital broad-casting, mobile phone short message, network, digital TV, digital movie, touch media, etc. The birth of new media made profound changes in the spread of Chinese social context and the formation mechanism and the party's mass work faced a new test. |
