| 摘 要： | 在我国,发展绿色经济是实现社会可持续发展的必然选择。以人为本揭示了人的快乐幸福才是经济、社会发展的最高目标的终极价值理念,根据这一理念,只有实现社会可持续发展,才能使人的幸福最大化。因此,发展绿色经济正是经济发展和人的全面自由发展的核心思想的统一。

| Abstract: | It’s the necessary option for realizing the sustained development that developing green econo-my. People-oriented reveals the ultimate value philosophy that happiness of human beings is the ultimate goal of social and economic development. By this principle only realize the sustained development to maxi-mized people’s happiness . So developing green economy is unifying our thinking of economic development and the overall free development of human beings. |
