我国“强县扩权”改革研究综述

“强县扩权”是指在暂时不涉及行政区划层级调整的情况下，将一部分归属于地级市的经济管理权和社会管理权直接赋予经济强县（市），以推进县域经济的发展。从1992年浙江省第一个试水并取得一定成效后，“强县扩权”便在我国掀起了一股势不可挡的改革趋势，实践中，我国多数省份逐步踏入改革浪潮，理论界、学者们也纷纷投入精力，从不同的视角对强县扩权改革进行研究。文章选取了近年来被引用次数最多的部分文献作为参考，对“强县扩权”改革做简单文献综述。

The Research Summary of ＂Increase Power of the Country＂ Reform in China

Abstract ： ＂Increase power of the country＂ means adjustment does not involve the administrative division level temporary, a portion of economic and social management rights which belong to prefecture-level city granted directly to the county （City） which has developed economic, in order to promote the county＇s economic development. After the first launch achieved certain results in Zhejiang Province from 1992, the ＂increase power of the country＂ has set off a wave of reform trend in China, in practice, the majority of our province gradually start the reform, theorists and scholars have also focus on this area from different perspective on the reform. This article selected most cited literature in recent years as a reference for the ＂increase Dower of the countrv＂ reform literature review.
