| 摘 要： | 十八大报告关于"系统完备、科学规范、运行有效"的提法是对世界经济学发展的历史性贡献,其重大意义在于:明确提出了内涵准确、要求高端、目标鲜明的三个关于判断发展中国家市场经济体制是否成熟定型的标志,并且还提出了"健康发展"这个反映发展中国家市场经济体制总体成熟程度的概念,对于深入研究市场经济体制在发展中国家的嵌入、演变、融合发展状态有着积极的启示。

| Abstract: | Abstract： The formulation on ＂well-developed, scientific, procedure-based and effective＂ in the report at 18th Party Congress is a historic contribution on the world economics, which clearly put forward the judgement symbol for maturation and finalization of China＇s market economy and also put forward the concept, ＂healthy development＂, which reflects the mature degree of market economy in the developing countries. It is a positive enlightenment for us to study the embedding, evolution and development of market economy in the developing countries. |
