新形势下高校学生管理模式探讨

目前,由于学分制的推行、高校后勤社会化的推进以及网络的崛起,学生管理工作面临着新的形势。根据时代特点和学生工作的自身要求,应把握好学生工作主体性、导向性、开放性和创新性的原则,推行"宿舍管理社区化,学生管理网络化"的模式,构建适合大学生素质教育发展的学生工作管理模式,使高校学生工作适应我国高等教育快速发展的需要,适应未来信息网络技术发展的需要。同时,我们也应充分认识到,随着信息网络技术的发展,高等院校已悄然形成了一种校园网络文化,这也是我国高校学生工作所要关注的问题。
