| 摘 要： | 加强文化建设,是提高党的执政能力的战略举措,又是推动社会发展的战略任务.本文对先进文化建设的战略意义进行了四个方位的审视和论说,指出先进文化建设是党执行历史与时代任务、促进国民全面发展、推动社会全面进步、应对全球化趋势的需要,应该郑重对待和认真展开.

| Abstract: | To strengthen culture construction is both a strategic measure to enhance the Chinese Communist Party's administrative ability and a strategic task to promote social development. This article explores and discusses the strategic significance of advanced culture construction from four aspects: our Party needs it to carry out her historical and modern missions, to promote the comprehensive development of the whole nation, to advance the overall progress of the society and to face the trend toward globalization. The paper holds that we should attach great importance to advanced culture construction and proceed with it seriously. |
