论新一代党外代表人士队伍建设

目前,选拔和培养新一代党外代表人士任务繁重而且紧迫,体制机制亟待健全;新社会阶层的出现,给党外代表人士队伍建设提出了新的课题。当前,要进一步加强党外代表人士队伍建设,必须解放思想,牢固树立以人为本的观念,不拘一格降人才;要继续建立健全党外代表人士的选拔、培养、教育以及推荐、使用、监督的机制;要加强与党外代表人物的联系沟通,积极做好服务工作
