| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志指出,要深刻认识和吸取世界上一些长期执政的共产党丧失政权的教训。世界上执政时间最长而又悄然亡党亡国的政党,首推苏联共产党。在苏共解散、苏联解体10年之后,认真探讨产生这一变化的深刻原因,深入总结并记取这一沉重教训,无疑有着十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Comrade Jiang Zemin Points out that we should deeply understand and draw lessons from losing regime for some Communist Parties that were in power for long time in the world. After the tenth anniversary of disaggregation of Soviet Union, there will be of great importance to seriously probe into deep reason that produced such change, as well as to thorough summarize and keep this heavy lesson in mind. |
