| Abstract: | We will use following measures mainly to solve the problems of fanner, agriculture and village to realize the struggle target on wholly building of affluent society: expedite the adjustment of economic structure of village, insist on the comparative advantage principle and general adoption of the market principle, insist on creation principle of agricultural science & technology; deepen the village reform, stick to the basic policy for village of our party and expedite the progress of urbanization. |
