| Abstract: | The third generation of central leadership of CPC inherits and further develops Deng Xiaoping's theory on opening to the outside world, implements this policy, gradually perfects the comprehensive framework, takes pains to enhances the opening up level, reinforces the legislation concerning international affairs, aggressively participates in the economic globalization and puts forth the strategy of "exporting". |
