人民监督员制度的建立,在检察工作中增设了一条人民群众直接参与和监督检察工作的新途径,体现了人民当家作主和贯彻群众路线的要求.当前,人民监督员制度尚处于初创阶段,有关制度安排尚有待于实践的检验,需要在实践中加以完善.针对甘肃省人民监督员制度试点工作中存在的主要问题及原因,提出了完善人民监督员制度试点工作的建议和措施.

Survey of the Experiment of the Peoples Supervisor System

The establishment of the system of the people's supervisor has provided a new way by which people may directly participate in and supervise the procuratorial work, which embodies the people's status being master of China, and the requirement of mass line. The people's supervisor method is still in the initial stage, and relevant mechanism needs to be examined and ameliorated in practice. Improvement proposal and measures are advanced according to the problems and their causes of the experiment of the people's supervisor system in Gansu province.
