| 摘 要： | 当前“公务员热”成为社会关注的焦点之一,这一现象一方面有利于我国公务员制度建设,同时也从侧面反映了我国社会中存在的诸多问题。为此,必须通过扩大就业和社会保障、完善公务员制度建设、转变政府职能等来规避这一现象的负效应。
