On the Value and Inspiration of Karl Marx' s Notion of Penalty Object

Karl Marx,the progenitor of Marxism,is a great revolutionary leader.In his glorious journey of fighting,Karl Marx ploughed all his whole life into the Proletarian revolutionary struggle.He spent less time to studies in particular the issue of penalty.Without establishing a complete theoretical system,he published many important expositions expressing his basic idea of punishment in every different aspects on penalty.His thoughts of penalty object contain profound and complex connotations,which still show the significant value today.Only study and research Karl Marx＇s notion of penalty object by the spirit of truth-seeking and keep pace with the times,can we examine,evaluate and improve the function and nature of the active penalty,constructing scientific socialist penalty theoretical system.
