现代警务机制下具有"短、平、快"特点的教育培训模式的构建

构建上海现代警务机制,是当前和今后一个时期上海公安工作必须一以贯之的工作主线.在现代警务机制框架下和现有公安教育培训成果的基础上,我们必须不断探索与改进教育培训工作的方式方法,着力从机制上寻求突破,致力于建立常态、长效的教育培训机制,以建构具有时代特征、上海特点、公安特色的,与现代警务机制相适应的具有"短、平、快"特点的教育培训模式.

To Construct a Brief, Ordinary and Fast Education and Training Pattern under the Modern Policing Mechanism

To construct Shanghai Modern Policing Mechanism is the main clue that public security organs must operate work according it at present and in the future.Under the modern policing mechanism and on the base of policing education and training effects,we must explore and promote the patterns and ways of education and training,seek the breakthrough of mechanism,apply ourself to constructing ordinary eductaion and training mechanism with long term,in order to construct a brief,ordinary and fast education and training pattern adapted to the modern policing mechanism which bears time characteristics,Shanghai specialites and public security feature.
