| Abstract: | With the new situation after China's accession into the WTO, and defects in China's legal system of protecting consumers, the thesis tries to demonstrate the perfection of legislation in the relationship of consumption, format contract, special bargaining, use and protection to consumers' personal information, recalling system, how to investigate the proprietors' responsibilities and how to protect consumers to get compensation. |
