| 摘 要： | 针对公安院校新生入学后普遍身体素质偏差，警察体育基础课课时少，训练内容、方法和手段单一等问题，通过对采用的不同教学方法、手段进行综合试验比较，并通过体育统计学t值检验，研究公安院校警体基础课程设置、内容优化以及如何有效提高学生体能的途径与方法。

| Abstract: | Generally speaking,the freshmen in police colleges have low physical quality and few sports course,in which the training contents,ways and means are so few.Through comparing all kinds of teaching ways and means,and examining the't' score in sports statistics,we could study the construction of police sports classes,class contents optimization and how to improve students' physical quality. |
